Any booking implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

2. Nature of Services

ALYA STAY MOROCCO acts as an intermediary and organizer of premium hospitality services.

Services may include:

• Stay organization,
• Short-term rental management,
• Transport or personalized assistance,
• External partner services.

Certain services may be provided by independent partners.

3. Booking Process

A booking becomes effective only after:

• Written confirmation,
• Availability validation,
• Full payment or agreed deposit.

ALYA STAY MOROCCO reserves the right to refuse any booking without justification in case of identified risk.

4. Rates & Payments

Prices are expressed in local or international currency depending on the client's location.

• Security deposit may be required
• Additional fees may apply based on specific requests

Any late payment may result in the automatic cancellation of the service.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation only if confirmed in writing within the agreed timeframe.
• Late cancellation: fees may reach 100% of the total amount.
• No-show: the full amount of the service is due.

Fees incurred with partners remain non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibility

The client agrees to:

• Respect the premises and equipment,
• Comply with Moroccan legislation,
• Not organize illegal or harmful activities.

Any property damage or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

ALYA STAY MOROCCO shall not be held liable for:

• Events beyond its control,
• Acts of third-party partners,
• Delays related to transport or authorities,
• Force majeure.

8. Technical Designer Clause

This website was designed by Touny Global.

The designer acts exclusively as a technical service provider and:

• Does not intervene in any financial transaction,
• Does not participate in bookings,
• Does not provide hospitality services,
• Cannot be held responsible for any commercial dispute.

Any commercial claim falls exclusively under the responsibility of the operator ALYA STAY MOROCCO.

9. Fraud Prevention & Refusal of Service

ALYA STAY MOROCCO reserves the right to:

• Refuse a service,
• Cancel a suspicious booking,
• Report any fraudulent attempt to the competent authorities.

10. Experience Charter & Quality Commitment (VIP Shield)

ALYA STAY MOROCCO offers high-end hospitality and concierge services based on an obligation of means and not absolute results.

As each experience is personalized, the client acknowledges that:

• Personal preferences may vary according to individual expectations;
• Certain services depend on independent external partners;
• Luxury standards are based on service quality and not on subjective individual perception.

ALYA STAY MOROCCO commits to implementing all reasonable means to ensure a premium experience consistent with professional industry standards.

However, no guarantee can be given regarding:

• The client's subjective personal appreciation;
• Independent external factors (traffic, weather, administrative decisions, third-party suppliers);
• Expectations not communicated prior to booking.

The client accepts that no request for refund or compensation can be based solely on a subjective personal appreciation when the agreed services have been executed.

11. Digital Reputation Protection & Online Reviews

ALYA STAY MOROCCO attaches essential importance to the transparency and authenticity of client feedback.

The client acknowledges that any review, comment, or publication shared on the Internet, booking platforms, social networks, or search engines must reflect a real, honest, and objective experience.

The client agrees to:

• Publish only reviews based on verifiable personal experience;
• Avoid any defamatory, misleading, or excessively harmful statements;
• Contact ALYA STAY MOROCCO as a priority to allow for an amicable resolution before any public publication.

Any attempt at commercial pressure, threat of negative publication, or request for compensation conditioned on the modification or deletion of a review may be considered abusive behavior.

12. Governing Law

These GTC are governed by Moroccan law.

Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
